Marlborough invest £4 million in new fleet

Marlborough has committed to invest in a new fleet for the company as it continues to expand and improve efficiencies. The roll out of the new 135 strong fleet consists of 29 HGV MAN lorries and 106 Peugeot vans and has already begun and is expected to be complete by September 2020. Many of the older vehicles will be replaced, helping to save around £2 million over the next 5 years.

Giving back to the community

Helping to fund a football kit for a local club

EKCO Whitecaps Lions Under 9’s Football Club, based in Southend-on-Sea, were looking for sponsorship for their new football kit to kick off the football season. Dave Parker, Marlborough’s Machine Surfacing Vice Foreman, contacted Marlborough to ask for funding as Manager of the team. The club had managed to fundraise £400 over the summer but still needed additional funding to help pay for their new kit.
