Marlborough partnerships with Health Shield

Award winning healthcare organisation Health Shield is now the official Health and Wellbeing Partner for Marlborough Highways. Matthew Revell, Managing Director of Marlborough Highways said “The wellbeing of our staff has always been important to us, but we felt that now was the right time to invest and find an official wellbeing partner. These uncertain times have been difficult for everyone with furlough, lockdown and just general uncertainty and our hope is that the tailored cash plan and the wellbeing benefits now available to Marlborough employees, can really make a difference to their daily lives.”

This new partnership is the first of its kind for Marlborough and will enable the company to support employees right across the business from office staff to operatives. Health Shield allows Marlborough to promote health and wellbeing in the workplace using a number of tools such as online health assessments, Employee Assistance Programme, GP Anytime, Cancer Screening and Thrive wellbeing app.
