Marlborough Highways was launched 30 years ago by founder John Woolf, who started the business in 1992.
The business has grown substantially since then, with Marlborough Highways seeing significant growth in the last 5 years thanks to the success of their partnerships with Local Authorities throughout London and the Home Counties.
Today Marlborough has around 600 employees and are proud to deliver Highways Maintenance Contracts, Public Realm, Regeneration and Infrastructure projects.
Marlborough marked the major 30 years milestone with a companywide stand down day. This was an opportunity to get everyone together to celebrate Marlborough’s people, the successes and to look ahead to the future.
Matthew Revell, Marlborough Highways Managing Director, said “Our stand down day was a real celebration of where we’ve come from, where we are now and our ambition for the future. It was also a great opportunity to endorse health and safety, wellbeing and how we can support local communities. It was brilliant to see everyone together and appreciate just how much we’ve grown as a business in such a short amount of time.”
