In recognition of International Women’s day on Monday 8th March,  Marlborough Highways is celebrating the female employees which work across a variety of different departments and play a huge role in the success of Marlborough.  

Despite the many barriers which women face in the highways industry, we remain committed to equal opportunities and equal treatment for all employees. Of our workforce, 14% are females with female representation at all levels of the business, from entry-level administration roles to traffic management operatives and senior leadership.
