Marlborough Highways becomes accredited Living Wage employer

Marlborough Highways has become a real living wage employer, accredited by the Living Wage Foundation.  Marlborough fully commits to paying all its employees at least the minimum hourly pay rates, which are set independently by the Living Wage Foundation and updated annually.

The Living Wage is calculated according to the real costs of living and goes beyond the government’s legal requirements for the minimum wage an organisation must pay its employees.  Marlborough are proud to join over 7.000 organisations in the UK, choosing to voluntarily pay the real Living Wage and to be recognised for it.
