Marlborough Highways are proud to be working in partnership with Havering Council to support the launch of their new Found It, Fix It initiative – an addition to the Highway Maintenance and Street Lighting contract already being delivered across the borough.
The Found It, Fix It initiative will see our highways maintenance teams picking up those extra jobs that come alongside, or are noticed when, the main improvement works are being carried out. This includes fixing broken slabs and kerbs, painting road bollards, repairing potholes, undertaking patching works, repainting road lines and fixing signs, as well as clearing gullies that have become blocked in between regular inspections.
As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability, our teams will be using electric branded vehicles to identify issues and deploy the right crews to complete the works as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Found It, Fix It is a key part of Havering’s Where We Live campaign — a borough-wide programme that encourages residents and community groups to work with the Council to make Havering a cleaner, safer and more vibrant destination.
If you’re a Havering resident and you’d like to share feedback about the work Marlborough are carrying out across your community, tell us how we’re doing online.
