Social Distancing for Schools

Marlborough Highways ran a social media campaign through Facebook offering schools free 2-metre social distancing markings for their entrances and play areas to help during the Coronavirus pandemic.

We were overwhelmed by the response from school heads, teachers and caretakers, keen to help promote the importance of social distancing within their schools.

We selected a number of schools at random and contacted them to give them the good news. Marlborough’s Road Marking team then set to work, applying a variety of temporary markings to meet the school’s requirements which ranged from 5 or 6 markings to over 20!

Here are some comments from the schools:
